Eligibility:
This drawing is open to all Girls Getaway Guide website visitors who complete the online registration form posted at www.GirlsGetawayGuide.net. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Only one entry per person and valid e-mail address; entry must be filled out completely to be eligible.

General Rules:
The “Fall Win Free Stuff” Girls Getaway Guide website drawing will be posted until October 31, 2010 (except the Girls Getaway to Orlando prize, which is only available for registration through September 14, 2010). All submissions for non-travel prizes must be received no later than 11:59 pm (EST) October 31, 2010 in order to participate in the drawing. A winner for each prize will be selected and notified no later than November 10, 2010.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. All taxes are sole responsibility of winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the drawing, or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor is nor responsible for (1) undeliverable, late, lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (3) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; and (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the survey or drawing to be disrupted or corrupted.

A winner for each prize will be selected no later than November 10, 2010 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail or phone within five days of winning their prize. Winners will also be posted on the Girls Getaway Guide website, www.GirlsGetawayGuide.net.

Prizes:
One winner will be selected for each donated prize. Prizes will be based on contributions of participating businesses and may vary in retail value. Taxes on prize and any miscellaneous expenses incurred not specified within these rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All entrants release Girls Getaway Guide and its Publisher, Gray Dog Publishing, its employees, directors, officers, and agents, parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, advertising, fulfillments, publicity and promotion agencies from any and all claims of liability in connection with their participation in this drawing.
