Contest runs from Monday, October 3, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. through Sunday, December 18, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. All entries must be received by Sunday, December 18, 2011 at 11:59 p.m E.D.S.T. The geographic area of this promotion is the U.S. You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States. Other eligibility limitations apply. See restrictions below. The sponsor of this sweepstakes is Gray Dog Publishing/Girls Getaway Guide ("GGG"). Prize provider varies and is indicated by prize.
HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. There is one way to enter: ONLINE ENTRY. Enter the Sweepstakes by visiting http://www.GirlsGetawayGuide.net and following the online entry instructions.
GGG is not responsible for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties, or an inability to transmit Internet entries. Entry information becomes the property of GGG. Winners will be selected by random drawing of all timely, eligible entries received. The prize drawings will begin on Thursday, December 1, 2011 and continue each business day thereafter through Sunday, December 18, 2011. A GGG representative will notify winners by phone or email using the information provided via entry form. If, after reasonable attempts, the prize cannot be awarded, the prize may be donated to charity. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Only one entry can be submitted by the same individual during the period of the promotion.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winner is responsible for any charges not specifically listed as part of the prize or to redeem or make use of prize. Prize(s) are not redeemable for cash and may not be extended, transferred or substituted, except that Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when necessary, as determined in their sole discretion.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents (green card) who are at least 18 years of age as of November 1, 2011. Employees of Girls Getaway Guide, any of the donating businesses, their successors, immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and/or persons living in the same household as such employees, whether related or not, and those involved in the development, handling, production, implementation and distribution of Sweepstakes, and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, or any other persons/entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes are ineligible to enter and win a prize. Void where prohibited.
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow the use of his or her name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on the entry form, in any media now known or hereafter invented and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes by GGG and its affiliates, without further compensation.
INTERNET/ OR OTHER MODE OF ENTRY: If, for any reason, this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to unforeseen events and/or infection by computer virus, bug tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, GGG reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion of the sweepstakes. GGG is not responsible for theft or destruction of or unauthorized access or alterations to any materials; for technical, network, telephone, computer on-line systems, server, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind; or for human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web Site. GGG is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer, modem or other electrical device as a result of participation in this sweepstakes. Any attempt to damage or undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this sweepstakes will result in disqualification from the promotion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By acceptance of a prize, each winner releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GGG, donating businesses, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, the judges, and all of the respective directors, officers, representatives, employees and agents of each, from any and all liability, damages, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, loss or damage to person(s), including death, and property, or rights of publicity or privacy which may arise with respect to participation in this promotion; or for any printing error in these Official Rules or any other promotional materials; and/or the acceptance, possession, use/misuse of any prize(s), and/or participation in any promotion-related activity.
